Now the head of the Kyiv City State Administration promises a "reorganization" in the land sector

Top officials of the Kyiv City State Administration, detained during the NABU and SAP operation "Clean City," will be removed from their positions.

This was reported by Vitali Klitschko on his Telegram channel.

The deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Petro Olenych, the deputy director of KP "Special Housing Fund," Yuriy Leonov, and the deputy head of KP "Kyivblagoustriy," Oleksiy Mushta, will also lose their jobs.

Additionally, Mikhail Terentyev, a member of the "UDAR" faction and head of the land commission of the Kyiv City Council, is expected to resign from his deputy powers.

“In the sphere of urban planning in the capital and land relations, as previously stated, a reorganization will take place. And not only in these areas. I would like to note regarding the high-profile 'land case': the city is providing law enforcement agencies with all requested documents and is cooperating with the investigation,” wrote Klitschko, who had previously repeatedly accused law enforcement of allegedly unjustly pursuing Kyiv officials.

Recall that, on February 6, Olenych, Leonov, Mushta, and Terentyev were detained on suspicion of involvement in a criminal organization engaged in land fraud in Kyiv. On February 21, Petro Olenych was released from custody on bail of 15 million hryvnias, and on February 27, the High Anti-Corruption Court decided to suspend him from his position for two months.

As reported by Kashtan NEWS, prior to this, the Kyiv City State Administration had been granting permission every month for Olenych to receive monetary bonuses for "work intensity," paying large premiums, and providing material assistance. In particular, in May 2024, 400,094 hryvnias were transferred to Klitschko's deputy's bank salary card.
