"Укрэнерго" сообщает о снижении энергопотребления на фоне повышения температур.

As of 9:30 AM on January 27, the electricity consumption level in Ukraine was 2.8% lower than at the same time on the previous working day - Friday, January 24.

"Electricity consumption shows a trend towards decline," reported NEC "Ukrenergo" on Monday.

In turn, on January 26, the daily peak consumption recorded in the evening was 1.7% lower than the peak of the previous Sunday - January 19.

The reason for these changes is the significant warming across all regions of Ukraine, explained NEC.

According to former Energy Minister Olga Buslavets, there are no expected consumer outages this week due to the warming.

At the same time, power outages may occur if Russia carries out additional strikes on energy infrastructure facilities.

According to information from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, energy workers have restored power to 14,013 consumers who were left without electricity due to hostilities.
