Public Joint Stock Company "Ukrnafta" has invited owners of special equipment and vehicles to collaborate in the Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv regions.

"The production program of the oil and gas extraction departments of Public Joint Stock Company 'Ukrnafta' requires the engagement of additional special equipment from third-party contractors under rental conditions," the company's press release stated on Wednesday.

The company is open to discussing the terms of cooperation with equipment owners, including the timelines and costs for relocation, as well as establishing a fair tariff schedule indicating minimum order volumes.

According to the document, "Ukrnafta" is ready to rent: bulldozers, crawler excavators, tank trucks for transporting dark petroleum products, cargo flatbed trucks, tractor units, aerial work platforms, steam-prospecting mobile units, and equipment for well deparaffinization.

"We invite small entrepreneurs and owners of large fleets to partner with the largest state oil company in Ukraine," the statement indicated.

An approximate list of the necessary vehicles has been published on the company's website.

"Ukrnafta" is the largest oil production company in Ukraine and operates the national network of gas stations. In March 2024, the company took over the management of Glusco's assets and currently operates a total of 547 gas stations – 462 owned and 85 under management.

The company is implementing a comprehensive program to revive operations and update the format of its gas stations. Since February 2023, it has been issuing its own fuel vouchers and "NAFTAКарта" cards, which are sold to legal and physical entities through LLC "Ukrnafta-Potach".

"Ukrnafta" holds 92 special permits for the industrial development of fields. It has 1832 oil and 154 gas extraction wells on its balance sheet.

The largest shareholder of "Ukrnafta" is the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine," holding a stake of 50%+1 share. In November 2022, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer the state's shares in the company, previously owned by private owners, now managed by the Ministry of Defense.
