The National Police shared New Year safety measures, highlighting the deployment of maximum personnel for enhanced security during the celebrations.

Starting from December 24, the maximum number of personnel has been deployed in areas with large gatherings. This was announced by Maxim Akhramyev, the head of the Preventive Activity Department of the National Police of Ukraine, during a broadcast of the "Unified News" telethon.

As of December 24, the maximum number of personnel has been deployed in areas of mass gatherings. This was stated by the head of the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine, Maxim Akhrameev, during the telethon "Unified News."

"According to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, the curfew is established by the military leadership or military administration. Each region has a roughly similar time. The National Police currently has no information regarding changes to the curfew time frame. Accordingly, all units will respond to individuals found on the streets during the curfew. We will be understanding, as there are various reasons and urgent needs, such as needing to visit medical facilities," noted Akhrameev.

He added: "Since December 24, the maximum number of personnel has been deployed in places of mass gatherings as well as on the roads of our state. We are operating in every region, each with its own specifics. The conditions for service vary from place to place."
