Last week, DTEK energy workers restored electricity to nearly 30,000 families in 33 communities that had lost power due to shelling in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

It is noted that the majority of restorations occurred in Donetsk. From December 23 to 29, they managed to restore power for almost 16,000 families here. The work of the energy workers remains perilous, as the enemy continues to strike energy infrastructure with drones, artillery, aerial bombs, and rockets.

However, restoring electricity in Donetsk is becoming increasingly challenging due to heightened enemy activity, yet the energy workers persist in their efforts despite all security challenges.

Meanwhile, in Dnipropetrovsk, which is also increasingly becoming a target of enemy attacks, power supply was restored to nearly 14,000 households in just one week. The most difficult situation is in the southern part of the region, close to the combat zone.
