The second phase of the KIT industrial park in Bucha is set to launch in September 2025.

The launch of the second phase of the "KIT" industrial park in Bucha (Kyiv region), which aims to host the production of building materials as well as metal-plastic doors and windows, is scheduled for September of this year, according to Dmitry Kiselevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

The launch of the second phase of the "KIT" industrial park in Bucha (Kyiv region), which aims to accommodate the production of construction materials, metal-plastic doors, and windows, is scheduled for September of this year, reported Dmitry Kisilevsky, deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

"This is a relatively new project, added to the state registry just six months ago. However, it is developing rapidly. There is already a three-story building, part of which is occupied by a distribution point for 'Nova Poshta'. The remaining constructed areas are awaiting tenants. Preliminary negotiations have been conducted with two consumer goods manufacturers," - wrote him on his Facebook page.

The MP noted that the main feature of the project is the three-story buildings with a ceiling height of 6 meters each.

"This design combines the comfort of placing production facilities with convenient access for freight transport. Such planning is a result of the experience gained by entrepreneurs in constructing other industrial facilities across the country," Kisilevsky emphasizes.

According to him, the third phase of the industrial park (office space) will be available next year, along with the start of the fourth phase.

"These ambitious plans are being developed and implemented by entrepreneurs who have relocated to the capital region from Donbas," the MP notes, without specifying the name of the company.

According to a Cabinet of Ministers order to include the "KIT" industrial park in the Register of Industrial Parks, the initiator of its creation is LLC "ES YAK DOLAR" (Bucha), which, according to YouControl information, was registered in June 2021 with a charter capital of 11.1 million UAH and a primary specialization in "Real estate management for a fee or on a contractual basis."

The co-owners of the LLC are Kyiv resident Alexander Burdeyniy (direct influence 50%, indirect - 20%) and Yuriy Harkavy (30%), whose place of registration is listed as Luhansk.

According to Kisilevsky, in 2024, the government allocated 2.28 million UAH to the "KIT" industrial park for infrastructure development (partial compensation of costs for connection to the electricity grid), and the Bucha city council reduced the land fee for industrial parks to 0.5%.

As reported, the "KIT" industrial park plans to attract private and credit funds for construction amounting to 1.75 billion UAH.
