Ukrainian forces struck a Russian command post in the Donetsk region, according to the General Staff.

On January 10, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the command post of the 3rd Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces located in the temporarily occupied town of Svitlodarsk in the Donetsk region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

They also noted that during this week, from January 6 to 10, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of strikes on facilities seized by Russian occupiers in the Donetsk region.

At the same time, the General Staff assured that all necessary measures were taken to minimize risks for the civilian population.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine are prepared to continue decisively eliminating the invaders,” the General Staff emphasized.

Previous Strikes

On January 7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a command post of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces near the settlement of Belaya in the Kursk region.

On January 2, the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported a precision strike on a command post of the Russian army in Mariyn in the Kursk region. On the same day, regional authorities spoke about an attack on the village of Ivanovskoye.

At the end of 2024, Ukrainian military forces also struck a command point of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces in Lviv, Kursk region. This point was located in an abandoned civilian building. As a result of the strike, Russian servicemen were killed.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine assured that combat operations targeting important military objectives of the Russians would continue.
