On the night of February 18, Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Dolynska in the Kirovohrad region. As a result of the shelling, three individuals were injured.

The head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andrey Raykovich, reported this.
A Russian drone struck the upper floor of a residential building. As a result of the attack, three people were injured — a mother and her two children. They received immediate medical assistance. The older girl did not require hospitalization.
Residents from 38 apartments in the damaged building were evacuated. Currently, all relevant services are working at the site of the attack.
Raykovich also stated that enemy drones targeted the Kropyvnytskyi district as well. Fortunately, there were no casualties there.
