Firefighters made every effort
Last night in the Desnyanskyi district of the capital, in the Lisovyi residential area, two people lost their lives in a fire.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv.
According to the rescue service, the fire broke out on the upper floors of one of the apartments in a nine-story building on Orest Levitsky Street.
During the reconnaissance operation, firefighters discovered the bodies of two individuals, while another person with injuries was successfully rescued. The fire was extinguished over an area of 30 square meters. Firefighters noted that extinguishing the flames was complicated by the dense parking of personal vehicles in the courtyard and the clutter in the apartment where the fire originated.
The authorities will determine the causes of this tragedy.
Recall, that on Obolonsky Avenue, during the extinguishing of a fire in the basement of an inactive two-story building, six homeless individuals were rescued.
