Defense forces have destroyed a warehouse of "Shaheds" in the Oryol region.

On December 26, Ukrainian forces targeted a warehouse in the Oryol region, where Shahed drones were assembled.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on this matter.

The target, which consisted of several fortified concrete structures, was attacked by the Air Forces of Ukraine along with other Defense Forces units.

As a result of the strike, the warehouse was destroyed. It was used for storing, servicing, and repairing Shahed kamikaze drones.

“The operation significantly reduced the enemy's capability to conduct airstrikes using UAVs against Ukraine's civilian infrastructure,” the General Staff noted.

They added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have detailed information about the Russian armed forces' facilities, and efforts to identify and target these sites will continue.

Earlier, the Russian Telegram channel Astra, citing a source, wrote that on December 26, three Storm Shadow missiles struck a military facility in the Oryol region between the villages of Tsimbulova and Rudnevo. As a result of the attack, two servicemen were killed, and seven others were injured.

Recall that on December 23, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that a warehouse containing parts for Shahed-136 UAVs was on fire in the Alabuga economic zone in Tatarstan.

The incurred losses were estimated at 16 million dollars.
