This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
They explained that the enemy launched drones from the directions of Orel, Bryansk, Kursk, Millerovo, Shatalovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and Defense Forces.
As a result of combat operations, 83 "Shahed" drones and other types of UAVs were destroyed in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions.
An additional 59 enemy imitation drones were lost in terms of location.
Last night, drones attacked the Kyiv region. According to the report from the Kyiv Regional Council, damages were recorded in four districts of the Kyiv region due to the shelling. One person was injured.
The enemy also targeted Kharkiv. As noted by the head of the OVA, Oleg Synegubov, a utility building was damaged, and the glazing of 14 private houses was affected in the Khodynhivka district of the city. As a result of the attack, three people suffered acute stress reactions.
Zaporizhia was also under fire. According to data from OVA head Ivan Fedorov, windows and roofs were damaged in 15 apartment buildings and 6 private houses, and several residential buildings experienced power outages.
