The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has made amendments to the list of domestic machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, 25% of the cost of which (excluding VAT) is compensated by the state. The program now includes 11,800 units of equipment from 138 Ukrainian enterprises.

According to information from the ministry's press service, more than 100 new items of equipment have been added to the list. These include machinery for feed production, machines for cleaning and sorting grain, transportation systems, sowing equipment, loading machinery, and irrigation systems.

"The state continues to support both producers and consumers of domestic agricultural machinery. The expansion of the list of equipment eligible for the 25% cost compensation program creates additional opportunities for technological renewal in the agro-industrial sector. The inclusion of over 100 new positions will assist farmers in modernizing their technical fleet, while Ukrainian machine builders will be able to expand their range of competitive products," quoted the ministry's deputy minister of economy, Andriy Teliupa.

It is specified that the added items are new product names from manufacturers in Poltava, Kirovohrad, Ternopil, and Odesa regions that are registered.

As noted by the Ministry of Economy, to take advantage of the state support program and receive a 25% compensation for the purchased equipment or machinery, the agro-producer must select a supplier from the list on the Ministry of Economy's website, purchase the necessary equipment, and submit an application along with the documents for confirmation to an authorized bank.

Manufacturers wishing to include their machinery in the specified list can contact the Ministry of Economy via the official email. The application must be submitted electronically using an electronic signature or other identification means, allowing the identity of the manager or authorized person to be established.

The ministry reminded that the list of machinery and equipment is regularly updated after verifying the localization of production according to the criteria set forth in the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated March 1, 2017, No. 130 (as amended). This document establishes the procedure for using funds provided in the state budget for partial compensation of the cost of domestically produced agricultural machinery and equipment.
