Occupants used drones and missiles
Last night, Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on several Ukrainian cities using strike drones and missiles. The airstrike resulted in casualties and injuries among the civilian population, as well as damage to civil infrastructure and residential buildings.
According to information from Poltava OVA, there was a hit on a residential building in Poltava. Currently, three people are reported dead, and ten were injured, including one child.
As per Kharkiv OVA, hits were recorded in the Kharkiv and Berestyn districts. A 60-year-old woman was killed as a result of the enemy strike.
Additionally, several explosions occurred in Kharkiv — there was a "hit" in a residential area in the Kholodnohirskiy district, causing a fire at the impact site; currently, five people are known to be injured.
Meanwhile, reports from Zaporizhzhia MVA indicate that after midnight, the occupiers conducted an air raid on Zaporizhzhia using 18 kamikaze drones, marking one of the most massive attacks on the city in recent times. A 57-year-old man was injured, and as a result, fires broke out in various districts of the regional center. An infrastructure facility, multi-story and private houses, an educational institution, cars, garages, and buildings in the private sector were damaged.
At the same time, late last night, the armed forces of the aggressor country attacked Odesa with Iskander-type ballistic missiles. The historical center of the city, where Norwegian diplomats were located, was at the epicenter of the missile strike. Fortunately, none of them were harmed. However, among the local population, seven people were injured and had to be hospitalized.
No damage from the falling debris of downed aerial munitions was reported in Kyiv.
According to Ukrenergo, due to the air attack, emergency power outages were implemented in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions.
It is worth noting that on January 31, there were over 130 combat clashes at the front.
