Currently, citizens who complain about closed shelters are unable to receive prompt feedback
The Kyiv Military Administration will check the availability of shelters in the capital.
This was announced by the head of KMVA, Timur Tkachenko.
“The ‘Kyiv Digital’ app provides a map of shelters and a function for submitting complaints about closed shelters. However, as I have personally confirmed, there is no swift response to these complaints,” – wrote he.
According to Tkachenko, he has been waiting for feedback for a whole day.
“I have given the appropriate instructions today — to conduct an audit on the accessibility of capital shelters, develop a corresponding response algorithm in case access to a shelter is impossible, and most importantly: immediate notification of applicants. This mechanism should ensure promptness and effectiveness so that Kyiv residents can be assured of their safety and that of their loved ones,” – noted the head of KMVA.
