Peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are unlikely to take place in the near future. This statement was made by John Kirby, the coordinator for strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, during a press briefing for journalists.
Currently, there are no expectations that either side is prepared to engage in talks.
According to him, the U.S. will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine to strengthen its position in the event of negotiations with the Kremlin regime.
