Киевский завод "Росинка" восстановлен за $2 млн и начнет свою деятельность в мае 2025 года.

Former Kyiv City Council deputy Vyacheslav Suprunenko has invested $2 million in the bankrupt "Kyiv Rosinka Plant," which he acquired in 2023 and plans to restart operations in May 2025, reported Forbes Ukraine.

According to the publication, the launch of production cost $1 million. The company plans to invest an additional $1 million in 2025-2026. They expect to recoup their investments within five years.

"Rosinka" has already resumed the production of lemonades through contract bottling at the Kyiv "Orlan" plant and at a facility in Cherkasy region in 2024.

The company has obtained a license to extract mineral water from a source located at a depth of 327 meters on the plant's territory. The first line of mineral water, "Sofia Kyivska," is set to be released in April-May 2025, followed by juice drinks in four flavors. The production of classic lemonades at the "Rosinka" plant is scheduled for 2026, as stated by Inna Yarmolenko, the director of the Kyiv "Rosinka" plant.

"Sofia Kyivska" will be bottled in 0.5-liter and 1.5-liter containers, while juice drinks will be offered in soft packaging of 180-200 ml. The redesign of "Sofia Kyivska" has already been completed, and the label change for "Rosinka" is next in line. The names of the drinks will remain unchanged.

"The plant plans to establish the production of functional beverages, particularly kombucha, energy drinks, and vitamin-enriched beverages within five years," noted Yarmolenko, adding that they will be released under various brands, not just "Rosinka."

Currently, the "Kyiv Rosinka Plant" is in negotiations for sales with national retailers such as ATB and Silpo.

As reported, in August 2023, "Prozorro.Sales" successfully conducted an auction for the sale of the bankrupt "Rosinka" plant, which was sold for 138.5 million UAH to the Cypriot company "Alviva Group LTD," whose beneficiary is former Kyiv City Council deputy Vyacheslav Suprunenko.
