The 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, delivered an inaugural address (lasting 30 minutes) in which he proclaimed that "the golden age of America begins right now."
The new head of the White House has already declared a state of emergency at the border with Mexico and in the fuel sector. Trump did not mention Ukraine even once in his speech.

* From this day forward, our country will flourish, it will be respected worldwide, and no one will take advantage of us. Every day of this administration, I will put America first. Our primary goal is to create a free and prosperous nation. We must acknowledge the challenges ahead, but they will be resolved.
* For many years, the establishment has profited off our people, unable to protect our citizens while allowing illegal immigrants into the country. Our country can no longer provide people with basic necessities. Our education system teaches children to be ashamed of their country. This will all change.
* Our victory is a mandate from the people to correct all these mistakes, to restore freedom to the people and their faith. From this moment, the decline of America ends.
* An assassin attempted to kill me during my speech, but I believed then, and I believe even more now, that God saved me to make America great again. January 20, 2025, will be a day of liberation for our people. My hope is that these elections will be remembered as the most significant in history.
* Today, I will declare a state of emergency at our southern border. Illegal crossings will be halted. We will initiate the process of returning millions of criminal elements to the countries from which they came. We will designate Mexican cartels as a foreign terrorist organization.
* I will also declare a state of emergency in the fuel sector; we will drill, baby! We have vast fuel reserves and we will utilize them, we will replenish our stockpiles and supply energy worldwide. We are canceling the Green New Deal.
* There are only two genders: male and female. I will end the practice of introducing "race and gender" issues into every aspect of public and private life. We will recognize only two genders — male and female.
* We will impose tariffs and taxes on foreign countries to enrich our citizens. To this end, we are creating the ERS (External Revenue Service).
* I will sign a law prohibiting any government censorship and restoring freedom of speech in the United States. We will restore an impartial judicial system. We will also bring law and order back to our cities.
* Our military must be focused on one goal — defeating our enemies. Just like in 2017, we will build the strongest army. But it will be strong not just in what it conquers, but in what conflicts it ends, and even those it never starts. I want to be a peacemaker — a day before taking office, hostages will return to their families in Israel.
* We are changing the name — the Gulf of Mexico will now be called the Gulf of America. Mount Denali will be renamed back to honor President McKinley.
* We will reclaim control over the Panama Canal — it is currently being used actively by China, but we did not hand it over to China; we gave it to Panama.
* We will reach for the stars, sending American astronauts to plant the star-spangled banner on the planet Mars. Ambition is the blood of a great nation. And now our nation is the most ambitious in the world.
* The call for the next great conquest lives within us; our ancestors once founded colonies, conquered the wilderness, rescued millions from oppression, fed billions on Earth, and mastered the atom. If we work together, any goal is within our reach.
* Many did not believe I could make such a comeback, but here I stand today; Americans have spoken. I stand before you as proof that nothing is impossible.
In his half-hour speech, Donald Trump did not mention either Ukraine or Russia even once.
