In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the enemy has begun to implement mobilization processes for mandatory military service. Specifically, several students are being threatened with hefty fines for refusing to serve.

This information was reported by the Center for National Resistance (CNR).

According to the information resource, representatives of the so-called military enlistment offices are visiting educational institutions in the occupied areas. In particular, Russians are threatening final-year students with fines of up to 200,000 Russian rubles for refusing to serve in the operational army.

If individuals lack the funds to pay the fine, the enemy promises to involve the refusers in mandatory forced labor for the Russian army's needs for a period of two years.

"We emphasize that international law prohibits the conscription of residents from occupied territories to serve in the enemy army or recruitment into its ranks," CNR added.
