On the night of February 15, Russian forces launched a massive attack on Ukraine, deploying 70 strike drones. Ukrainian air defense shot down 33 of them.
This information was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The interceptions were recorded in Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and Donetsk regions.
Additionally, 37 Russian imitation drones disappeared from radar without causing any damage.
Consequences of the attack
As a result of falling debris in the Mykolaiv region, a fire broke out at an agricultural enterprise, reported the head of the OVA, Vitaliy Kim. The fire was quickly extinguished.
The shock wave also damaged a private house, an educational institution, a boiler house, a water treatment station, an administrative building, and a clinic in one of the localities in the region. There were no casualties.
Meanwhile, in the Kharkiv region, an enemy "Shahed" struck an open area. There were no damages or casualties reported by the regional military administration.
