Currently, there are power outage schedules in effect in Kyiv, Dnipro, and the surrounding areas. Restoring the energy system will take time, which may lead to changes in electricity supply restrictions. This information was shared on Facebook by the CEO of YASNO, Serhiy Kovalenko.
According to Kovalenko, during the morning mass shelling, the enemy primarily targeted generation facilities of Ukraine's energy system. It has been reported that one station worker was killed due to the strikes by the Russians.
Following the mass attack, preventive power outages were implemented, but specific restriction schedules are currently in place for Kyiv, Dnipro, and the region.
As is usual after attacks, the system requires time to stabilize and recover. Therefore, changes to the schedules are certainly possible.
Earlier, "Ukrenergo" clarified the power outage schedules due to the missile attack.
