The published video shows enemy armored vehicles moving along a road near a forest strip when they come under fire from the tank crews of the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.
“Our tank, maneuvering, fired direct shots from the cover of the houses in the village, which the enemy was trying to storm with armored vehicles,” the OSGV "Khortytsa" reported.
They add that Ukrainian tankers hit some armored vehicles multiple times, ultimately destroying the entire column of occupiers with their troops.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russians have lost 20,573 armored vehicles, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the morning of January 28.
The Pokrovsk direction remains the hottest along the entire front line, report the OSGV "Khortytsa."
Over the past day, on January 27, the Russians conducted offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Vodyane Vtoroye, Zelenoye Pole, Yelizavetovka, Mirolyubovka, Sukhoy Yar, Udachnoye, Kotlyarovka, Uspenovka, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanovka, Dachnoye, and Ulakly, mainly without the use of armored vehicles.
Heavy fighting continued in Lisovka, Kotlin, Zelenoye, Nadeevka, Shevchenko, and Yantarnoye. Defense forces are taking measures to prevent the deterioration of the tactical situation, military officials note.
