In the Zaporizhia region, a drone crashed into a vehicle carrying five people, resulting in the death of a woman.

On the morning of January 11, Russian occupying forces launched a drone strike on a vehicle in the Zaporizhia region. The attack resulted in the death of a 47-year-old woman, while other passengers sustained injuries.

This was reported by the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

According to the OVA, the occupiers attacked Prymorske throughout the night, and in the morning struck a civilian vehicle carrying five individuals.

A 47-year-old woman died from her injuries at the scene.

The other four passengers sustained injuries: two men aged 46 and 50, and two women aged 49 and 52.

All of them are currently in the hospital, with one of the men in critical condition. Medical personnel are providing all necessary assistance.

Situation in the Region

In total, over the past day on January 10, the occupiers delivered 377 strikes on 15 populated areas in the Zaporizhzhia region:

  • 15 airstrikes on Veselyanka, Malokaterynivka, Novoyakivlevka, Stepnohorsk, Prymorske, and Piatykhatky;
  • 201 drones of various modifications attacked Zaporizhzhia, Kamenske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Belohirya, and Novodaroivka;
  • 11 shellings from MLRS targeted Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka;
  • 150 artillery strikes hit the territories of Kamenske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Belohirya, and Novodaroivka.

Preliminary reports indicate two injured individuals: a 39-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman. In the evening of January 10, medical personnel transported them to the hospital.

There were 23 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.
