As a result of a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia on the morning of January 18, the St. Andrew's Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate sustained damage.

This was reported by the information and educational department of the UOC MP.

They shared that as a result of the strike, the roof, dome, ceilings, windows, and classrooms at the church were damaged by debris.

Shelling of Zaporizhzhia

On the morning of January 18, the Russians struck Zaporizhzhia, hitting the city center. As a result of the attack, ten people were injured.

According to the head of the OVA, Ivan Fedorov, an administrative building of one of the industrial facilities in the city was partially destroyed. Residential buildings and private vehicles were also damaged.
