This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Ivan Fedorov and the State Emergency Service.
Updated at 10:49. Currently, seven fatalities have been confirmed. Specifically, during the night of December 11, the bodies of two more victims were found under the rubble.
The number of injured has also increased — now totaling 22. The search continues for four individuals still trapped beneath the debris.
The day before, two women called the emergency services directly from under the building's rubble to indicate their location. They were subsequently rescued and hospitalized.
It is worth noting that on December 10, Russians struck the city center with a ballistic missile, likely an "Iskander." This resulted in damage to a private clinic where doctors and patients were present, as well as to residential buildings, a school, and an extracurricular facility.
Among the injured from the strike is one child. Thirteen injured individuals have been hospitalized, with most in extremely critical condition. Medical personnel were able to revive a person who had been declared dead.
