This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper and the energy company DTEK.
As a result of the strike, a 55-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.
Additionally, fires broke out on the roof of a dining establishment and a warehouse building, with damage sustained to the administrative building, a car wash, the roadway, and the glazing of a private home.
DTEK noted that their energy facility has been under attack for the second consecutive night. Once specialists receive clearance from the military and rescue teams, they will immediately begin inspecting the equipment and conducting emergency restoration work.
Currently, around 5,000 residents in one of the districts of Odessa are without electricity. After two days of strikes in the Odessa region, 89,500 subscribers are without power.
Emergency services are currently working to mitigate the consequences of both today's and yesterday's attacks, with operations ongoing around the clock.
As a reminder, on the night of February 19, Russian forces launched a massive strike on a densely populated area of Odessa, home to over 250,000 residents. Four people were injured as a result.
Following this attack, 14 schools, 13 kindergartens, and a large residential neighborhood consisting of more than 500 houses were left without electricity and heating.
