The parliamentarian is convinced that these penalties will continue to encourage suppliers to fulfill defense contracts on time and with quality, despite the repeal of the Economic Code.
"The state must either receive quality weapons or compensation. Given that a single defense contract can cost tens of billions of hryvnias, we are talking about significant amounts," the deputy concluded.
