The occupiers launched a combined strike with missiles of various types from air, ground, and sea platforms targeting critical infrastructure in the Kharkiv region.

The Air Forces did not provide information on the results of the combat action and the consequences of the missile strike.
Additionally, Russian forces attacked with drones from various directions in Russia: Millerovo, Oryol, Bryansk, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
To repel the air attack, aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare systems, and mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and Defense Forces of Ukraine were engaged.
As of 10:00, the confirmed downing of 80 “Shaheds” and drones of other types in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions has been reported.
Another 78 imitation drones were lost from radar (without negative consequences).
Odesa has been under massive Russian drone attacks for the second consecutive night, just like the night before. An energy facility was again targeted, and a 55-year-old man was injured in the city.
In Kherson, a Russian guided bomb partially destroyed the entrance of a residential building. Six people were injured, including 13-year-old twins. Rescue operations are still ongoing there.
In the Belotserkovsky and Vyshgorod districts of Kyiv region, private homes and passenger cars were damaged due to falling debris, as reported by the regional military administration.
According to data from the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, in Myrnyi, nine private houses were damaged as a result of nighttime missile strikes. By the morning of February 20, in Malynivka, a UAV damaged power lines.
In the Sumy region, due to the launches of guided bombs and drone attacks, a multi-apartment building in the Lebedyn community was damaged, noted the regional military administration.
