The suspect is the deputy head of the Central Military Medical Commission and is responsible for determining the fitness of military personnel for service. He was apprehended with the assistance of Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi.
The name of the suspect has not been disclosed; however, it is known that Oleg Druzi holds the position of chief psychiatrist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It has been reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko that the suspicion is directed at Druzi specifically.
According to the investigation, the individual has acquired several real estate properties in Kyiv, Odesa, and the Kyiv region over nearly three years of war, as well as multiple vehicles.

All of these assets were not declared by the suspect and were registered under his wife, daughter, sons, and other third parties. During searches, authorities also found $152,000 and €34,000 in cash.
He is suspected of illicit enrichment (Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and providing false information in declarations (Article 366-2 of the CCU). Authorities are currently determining the preventive measures to be taken against him and considering the seizure of his assets. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
