This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
As noted by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Yekaterina Chernogorenko, the Ukrainian army must eliminate "everything that hinders its speed and development."
"Paperwork in the context of the Military Medical Commission (VVK) is one of those things. This process should operate transparently, understandably, and fairly. It should be in the interest of the serviceman, not the other way around," she explained.
The ministry highlighted that starting in January, it will no longer be necessary to contact the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK) and Social Protection to obtain a paper referral for the VVK. It will be sufficient to upload it in "Reserve+", and then arrive at the healthcare facility to undergo the examination within the timeframes established by law.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense reminded that from January 1, 2025, the Medical-Social Expert Commission (MSEC) will be replaced by expert teams for assessing the daily functioning of individuals (ECOPFI).
It was previously reported that the VVK in the "Reserve+" app will be available by the end of February 2025. Meanwhile, the app has already allowed for data to be updated again. This enables users to change their phone number, email, and residential address.
