Emergency power outages may last until the evening of November 28, according to Yasno.

The CEO of the energy supply company Yasno, Sergey Kovalenko, announced that emergency power outages are likely to continue until 8:00 PM on November 28.

Currently, emergency power outages are ongoing across the country due to Russia's attacks on energy infrastructure.

According to forecasts from "Ukrenergo," emergency outages are expected to continue until 8:00 PM, although Kovalenko noted that "this is only a forecast for now."

He described the situation in the energy system as challenging and reminded that schedules do not apply in such situations.

Massive Attack

During the night and morning of November 28, Russian forces massively attacked Ukraine with missiles and strike drones.

Explosions were reported in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lutsk, Mykolaiv, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytskyi, Odesa, Sumy, and Volyn regions. So far, there is no information about casualties.

Currently, two injuries have been reported — in Volyn and Odesa regions.

Ukrainian energy facilities were targeted. As a result, emergency power outages were implemented.

More than 280,000 subscribers in Rivne region, 215,000 in Volyn, and 523,000 in Lviv are without electricity.
